Property Management Service

For Landlord of Discovery Bay properties who are either too busy or not available to look after their properties personally, we provide property management service to act on their behalf in:

  Rental collection
  Managing the property to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with tenancy
    agreement
  For renovation project - procure options for owner to choose, negotiate with designers/contractors, project management
  Government filings, arrange for insurance and laise with City Management
  Lease negotiation, preparation and renewal and other paperworks

  Referral for solicitor service
  Apportionment of final utilities bills and deposit account upon completion

  Prequalification of potential tenant through due diligence process
  Drafting, negotiation and preparation of tenancy agreement (preliminary as well as

Advice of local contractors/handyman, gardener, pool maintenance, pest control etc.

At the end of tenancy, help in negotiation of lease renewal if requested
